The consultation manager was extremely kind~ The doctors who do Fraxel keep changing all the time so I’m not sure, but everyone was kind! They asked what areas were lacking and warned me in advance when they were going to do it more strongly, which I liked! The care manager after Fraxel was also kind and treated me well.
