The doctor is very kind, and the consultation manager seems sharp and picky at first, but after getting to know her, she’s the type who really pays close attention. She’s been working there for a long time. All the staff are kind. I used to go to the Centum branch, but after the hospital moved within Seomyeon, it’s quite clean. Honestly, the expectations for procedures (based on reviews) are not bad and pretty good. I went there over several years, and most of the aftereffects were satisfactory, but after getting Ellansé injected under my eyes, it stayed bulgy for too long and didn’t go away, so for the past 3 years I’ve been full of complaints and kept going back, and because the doctor is such a humane person, he tried to solve it with me by giving me Triam injections and so on, while we’ve been following up little by little over the years. If the hospital sees this post, they’ll probably know who I am.. Of course, they can only do light measures like injections, and maybe the hospital doesn’t feel burdened by such measures, but they never showed displeasure and patiently thought it through with me. I also feel sorry that my complaint has gone on for so long. I’m satisfied with all the other procedures. From the fact that the staff don’t change and have stayed for a long time, you can feel the doctor’s character, and if it’s a simple procedure where the post-procedure outcome isn’t something to worry too much about, honestly I think I’d definitely get it done here. Of course, for eye surgery or nose surgery, I’d still look for a place that is truly good, but for little procedures I’d want to get them from this doctor even if I have to travel far because I live in Haeundae. They’re good. Highly recommended.
