I went for a consultation a year ago and went back for another one, but first, the manager kept throwing me off balance by talking about my age and appearance, and said nothing useful, only spoke in a tone like, "Just put down the deposit first." The doctor seemed busy, kept touching my eyes roughly, and it felt very coarse. They didn't show me the line properly, and without any professional explanation, they just spoke as if, "You already had a consultation last time, so you know, right?"
