About 10 years ago I had double eyelid surgery with buried sutures.. They said it would absolutely not come undone, and even though my skin was thin, they pulled the line so tight that the double-eyelid scar still remains clearly visible... Ha, my eyes have no fat and I originally had one double eyelid, so even without pulling that hard, it wouldn't have come undone
