I only exchanged one line with the director before the procedure, basically, "Let's get started," and the consultation manager was kind. Since I was told the treatment's effect differs depending on the machine, I don't really know how skilled they are, and I went knowing it's a factory-style clinic, so I didn't have any complaints. On the contrary, they didn't talk for long and just did what needed to be done, which is nice when my weekend schedule is busy. The facility isn't particularly great, but it's decent enough to go in, get treated quickly, and leave. On Saturdays there are really a lot of people, so I recommend going on another day or early.
