I consulted with the director, and the consultation was quite detailed. The facilities are a bit old... it has an old feeling from the entrance. For osteotomy, other places all say to use sedation, but here they said it has to be general anesthesia. I don't know why. Still, the price is on the cheaper side, so it seems worth getting a consultation.
