They were kind, but there was no system, and some of them didn't care about the patient at all. The doctor was kind, and the assistants seemed like they had only recently started, because they forgot to tell me how to disinfect after surgery, and when I went to remove the nose splint they were also very clumsy... 200 characters is too long though.
