A lot of people around me have done it, but honestly it's hit or miss. I saw some people who came out well, and some whose line got buried in the fat and became lumpy. I won't recommend it. They say it's a hospital a lot of people go to in Cheongju, but in the end, there are a lot of disappointing points. The consultation fee is 10,000 won.
