When I got the Hi-CO procedure, they said two threads were needed but there was only one, and there was nothing they could do so I had to come back next week Even though I had booked in advance, there was a long wait, and hearing that they didn't even have the procedure materials was so shocking and absurd. Just a clinic that specializes in procedures, that's all.
