It has been more than a year and a half since I had the procedure, and of course since it was a procedure, now there is literally no effect left at all. At the time I had it done, my low nose bridge did not become as high as I had imagined (no one around me could tell either), so I went back to the clinic saying it seemed ineffective. They kindly compared the before-and-after photos for me and explained that it had changed a lot, that this was about as much improvement as I could expect. Looking at the comparison photos, I accepted that it really had changed, and that this was the best it could do, so I did not get the procedure again. I may have expected too much, but since my nose bridge was absent to begin with, the effect was not as dramatic as in other people's reviews. Still, now that time has passed and my nose has returned to how it was originally, when I look at photos taken within a year after the procedure, it somehow looks prettier. If you want to become prettier naturally without making it obvious to others, I recommend it. But if you have a nose complex and want to fix that, or if you want to see what a lifted nose would look like before surgery, then I think, why bother? In any case, rather than spending money on something that only lasts a year, I think surgery is the right choice. The clinic's procedure skill itself seems decent, and they are kind.
