I was already exhausted because the waiting time was incredibly long. But the director consulted with real sincerity and firmly explained the procedures I needed and why. He clearly said no when something couldn't be done, which made me trust him. I even found myself considering making a reservation because of the director's attitude. I got the sense that he particularly likes canthoplasty and eye shape correction.
