I had surgery in April 2023. The manager was kind and gave a good discount. The director is very blunt, and while I am satisfied with the result, the area above the navel is slightly sunken and the right side of my abdomen is a bit uneven, but only I can tell and other people don't notice it. The biggest downside is that the scar is rather large. In particular, I developed keloids on my abdomen, so I got two more laser sessions as a service, but they had no effect, so I'll probably have to get that removed separately. During the aftercare, the front desk staff changed and they were so rude.. The director was also blunt, so every time I went for aftercare I didn't feel good.
