I had my arms and thighs done. My arms got noticeably slimmer, and honestly I'm not sure about my thighs. But I also didn't really keep up with my diet after the thigh procedure... Anyway, the arms worked pretty well. Since it's not under sedation, it would probably be hard for people who are very scared.
