I had surgery 5 years ago, before the expansion relocation. I don’t know what it’s like now, but back then the consultation manager handled the consultation and I only met the director on the day of surgery.. Their basic hand technique seems good, and the director seems to have a very clear preference for a certain line and style. My surgery ended up uneven, and during follow-up they said they’d redo it first haha My eyes don’t have much fat and the original shape was pretty good, so for someone who wants a slightly glamorous in-out double eyelid, this place would probably be okay.
