My face had so many blemishes, melasma, and dark spots that it looked really dirty. I went in to get IPL, but the consultation manager recommended toning, so after thinking about it I even paid, but the transportation was so inconvenient. (Parking hell) When I asked to cancel, they refunded me after deducting a 10,000 won consultation fee And the consultation was basically just choosing something from the price list where everything was already written out..
