The doctor and the consultation director were both kind, and the consultation director's sales talk was no joke (felt like a salesperson) He said they've been in Bucheon for a long time and that many people come up from the provinces too. If, maybe, there are complications or a second surgery is needed, he said the after-service is free anytime
