I went there for a consultation. Because the surgery was delayed, I waited about an hour past my appointment time before the consultation. Without even a single word of apology, they spoke in a tired, slightly irritated tone, which was absurd and unpleasant. As for the consultation itself, I don’t know if it was because the director had a lot of experience, but he only spoke based on his own sense. There was no sense of recent trends, and the consultation felt a bit old-fashioned, so I felt 100% sure it wasn’t for me.
