It's a factory-style clinic, but they're kind and the facility is fairly clean. The procedure room isn't a private room, but the partitions are fairly high. The doctor who did the procedure was kind too. They even showed me the product before the Botox injection. But I didn't bruise at other places, and here I got bruised, so that's a little disappointing
