The staff member who handled the consultation was kind, and while cleansing, they kept explaining things and talking to me so that I could receive the treatment comfortably, which reassured me a lot. The director was also very kind and kept explaining the principle and when I should come again, so I felt I could trust them. I was surprised at first that they used two Shrink devices, but they did both sides at once so it finished quickly haha. I also got glabella Botox, and they injected it carefully, and they gave me the bridge of my nose as a complimentary extra. I recommend it
