The consultation atmosphere was very calm. The director personally drew diagrams while explaining things, so it was easy to understand. However, the quote was higher than I expected, so I'm still thinking about it. The manager was extremely kind and spoke softly, so I was able to have the consultation comfortably. The explanation of pre- and post-op care was very detailed too, but the consultation time slot was a bit crowded so the wait was long haha
