From the moment I visited the hospital, I felt completely comfortable. From the reservation to the aftercare after the procedure, the staff guided me kindly step by step, and the waiting time wasn't long either, which was nice. During the consultation, the doctor carefully listened to my concerns and recommended a method suited to my face and the look I wanted, without pushing anything excessive, so I trusted them. Even during the procedure, they kept checking on me and answered even small questions kindly, so I could go through it without feeling tense. The results are also natural and I’m satisfied.
