I had an appointment and went, but the wait time was quite long. It felt a bit factory-like, with people always being there, so the atmosphere was slightly crowded. The interior was neat and the treatment room also seemed hygienic. I paid for a package of multiple sessions at once, and as the sessions went on it hurt less and it looked like the hair was growing in less too.
