Eyebrow tattoo customer for 3? 4? years It's expensive, but they do a good job, so I trust them and keep coming back They do the procedure randomly, which makes me nervous, but I have never been unhappy, from the first session through the touch-up Though I do think you need to wait about 40 minutes after applying the numbing cream They numbed it for about 20-30 minutes and then did the procedure, and it hurt so much it was painful the whole time
