It's been about a month since I got Sculptra. They said they used 1 vial for the temples + front cheeks, and 1 vial for the side cheeks + nasolabial folds. I was generally sunken in, so I got two vials at once. So far I have no nodules, and I feel like there may be a very slight effect, in a subtle way. My side cheeks were so sunken that lines could form there, but I think it has improved. If I get nodules, I'll leave another review.
