Ah, the counseling manager pushed really hard for same-day booking and kept asking which clinics I had been to while constantly putting other clinics down;; honestly, among the clinics on my in-person list, this one is on the better side, but it bothered me that they just kept listing their own clinic’s advantages and putting other clinics down. They told me to just book here and go, and spoke as if there was no reason to go consult anywhere else, which made me uncomfortable. The director looked at my eye line well and recommended eye correction surgery, so I’m thinking about it.
