5 years ago, I had double eyelid surgery + canthoplasty on the outer corners through incision. The director consulted me personally and did the surgery cheaply under the condition that the eye photos could be used for review purposes. He said he would naturally tie the muscles too, and that trust is what led me to have the surgery. He said inner canthoplasty wasn't necessary, so I had surgery with the method he recommended. At first it seemed natural, but the inner corners of my eyes became lumpy (it seems like inner canthoplasty was actually necessary) and the front part of my eyes drooped, making my impression a bit sharper (changed starting about 3-4 years later) During surgery, the anesthesia wore off, so when he cut and stitched during the outer canthoplasty, I felt all the pain. I still don't understand why they didn't give me anesthesia again (I told them the anesthesia had worn off). Because of that, while I was trying to endure the pain, all the blood vessels in my eyes burst. When I mentioned it at the next consultation, the doctor's reaction was, "Was it?"
