I got double eyelid surgery about ten years ago back when I didn't know anything, and I was super satisfied. It still hasn't loosened and looks pretty. But it's a little uneven, though other people don't really notice. I think this place is hit or miss; from people around me, about half turned out well and half loosened. Some people complain about it, but I've been happy with it for ten years I don't know how it is now.
