The doctor is a specialist, so I trust them and they're kind. But when I talked with the director, I didn't feel like they had much expertise, and I think they were recommending procedures incorrectly too. And the front desk staff talk among themselves so loudly that you can hear it even when there are patients around or not, and they say a lot of negative things, so it's unpleasant to hear.
