I was able to go ahead with the procedure after a private consultation with the director, and he was very cheerful, so I finished the consultation and had the procedure in a comfortable mood. Even during the procedure, he kept me comfortable, told me in advance when the injection needle was going in and what the line looked like in between, and communicated with me throughout, so I was able to undergo it without getting too tense. Overall I’m satisfied, and if I need a touch-up later, I’m thinking of coming back.
