Pros: price, and a big effect for the price. The biggest advantage is that you can partially remove fat in the 400,000 won range, or 500,000 won range if you include sedation anesthesia. Cons: pain, anesthesia is essential. I paid for the surgery without anesthesia because I didn't have enough money... but seriously, I felt like I was meeting the grim reaper. Usually, fat-removal injections like RAMS don't require sleep anesthesia by default. But the fact that anesthesia is almost mandatory here makes it seem more like a liposuction procedure. And here, they sew you up after the procedure, so stitch removal is required.
