They weren't especially kind, but they do the procedure well without any extra fluff. Honestly, as someone who thinks you should expect skill from a doctor more than kindness, they met my expectations for skill. They're the best at hand injections. I even promote them to my acquaintances without being asked, and brag about it on my blog as a self-paid treatment. It's because I hope they never close down, haha. If you're nearby, please go there and definitely get treated. On my first visit, the director personally did the consultation, which I also liked.
