If you want as much as you want and the line you want is exact, go here. They do it the way you want. Honestly, I don't think there's much consultation expertise. They just fit things to what the patient wants as best they can. I asked for a lot more of the inner corner to be opened, and they really opened it a lot, so I looked like a person again, but the inner-corner line is a little uneven and the double eyelid line is completely uneven, so I'm going to have double-eyelid revision surgery... The left eye is an in-line and the right eye is an out-in line? It makes me so sad..
