Kind. I only had glabella Botox, and they understood the patient’s needs well (so my eyebrows wouldn’t drop, just the glabella). They explained the parts I was worried about most professionally. If you go during the daytime, you can get the procedure without a wait even without a reservation, which was nice. But I haven’t tried anything other than glabella Botox.
