Phone: reservations were easy to get, you could choose the doctor, and they briefly asked basic things like whether it was a first surgery or a revision surgery and when the expected surgery timing would be. Reception & waiting (20-30 min): very kind. They had me fill out a tablet about where I found them and what the purpose of the surgery was, etc. The hospital was very clean, there weren't many people, and as I'd heard in the reviews, there were some Chinese patients. (Didn't really matter..x) Consultation with the director's assistant (about 5-7 min): short and simple. They briefly drew the line and asked basic information like whether I use double eyelid tape and glue. He was firm but kind. Waiting: 15-20 min (I waited while reading a plastic surgery review book) Doctor consultation: 10-15 min: explained things kindly and well. But it didn't feel very relaxed or leisurely. He drew my line a lot, but only the very last one he drew was the one I liked. He analyzed my eyes well (left-eye flesh, uneven eyes, the small distance between eyes and eyebrows, the possibility of becoming sausage-like). He did give me time for questions, but once things were wrapped up somewhat, he got up quickly. Consultation with the director again: about 5 min? He explained aftercare. I asked about the cost. They didn't discount the price. Total time spent: 1 hour 30 minutes Overall impression after visiting: Since it was the first place I went, I thought it was okay~, but there were also many other kind places lol. They don't force procedures, but compared to other places, they tend to recommend a lot of different things. (The forehead lift recommendation was unique.) There were parts of the diagnosis that differed from the other two places I visited afterward (this doctor recommended incision + forehead lift and eye muscle correction. He said I had a lot of eyelid flesh, while the other two said it wasn't flesh, just protruding eyes.)
