I went for a consultation because I was curious after a friend's recommendation. During the consultation, it was nice that they adjusted things to match the style I wanted if I had a specific style in mind, and the staff were all kind, so overall I felt like I got a good consultation and left. When I went, there were quite a lot of people, so I had to wait, but not for very long.
