From what I saw in other reviews, they apparently recommend adding other procedures or more volume a lot, and my friend also said she came back after getting a larger dose, but when I said I just didn't want to do it, they didn't keep talking about it, which I liked. Aside from the long wait, I got trapezius botox and there was no pain at all, which was great ㅠㅠㅠ Recommended.
