First, I thought they had alar TESCO, so I went there after a phone consultation since I live outside the city, but it turned out alar reduction is done with Botox, so I was a bit disappointed The front desk staff and the consultation manager kept saying different things, which was a little off, and I mostly did the consultation with the manager. I first met the director in the procedure room before the treatment, and during the procedure the doctors and nurses were kind, which was nice! But I got 4 lines of nose-tip TESCO and alar Botox, and since my alar area was slightly upturned and my nose was kind of thick, there wasn't much change I regret not getting it at another dermatology clinic that definitely had alar TESCO instead lol
