The manager was extremely nice. I thought, wow, so a manager at a large hospital can be this kind, professional, and not pushy. The director was kind too. But I wanted buried-suture double eyelid surgery, and they talked about natural adhesion, so I passed. Of all the large hospitals I've been to so far, this was the best!
