I came for a double-eyelid surgery consultation. It was originally a hospital I didn’t know existed, but after finding it through a community, I thought the direction the surgeon talked about would suit me. When I explained what I wanted, he told me several surgical methods that could be used and explained the one he recommended. He explained without hiding things like the effects that could come out on my eyes if I had surgery and what I’d have to accept. He mostly talked about what it would be like if I did it, and didn’t guarantee anything, which is probably obvious, but it made me feel like the customer/patient has to decide and accept everything on their own.
