The director was kind and took a good look at me, and the consultation was kind too. The explanation was calm and clear. While adjusting my line right away, they explained, ‘This is the kind of line this is~’ and it was obvious they were proud of the surgery. The consultation was fine, but the part where they pushed for a reservation was a bit off-putting.
