A year ago, before my wedding, I went to have full-face filler, Sillifting removal, and removal of the Juvellook clumps around the nasolabial folds. I had originally repeated the cycle of getting filler and dissolving it. The filler I had received was not the kind that can't be dissolved. I visited because I wanted it scraped out properly. I paid separately for the ultrasound cost, and I think I also paid a consultation fee. The ultrasound machine looked old. The ultrasound took 20 minutes. They did take their time, but they just told me where the filler was, as I had expected. During the consultation they said Sillifting could not be removed because time had passed, and that if the filler was removed my face would deflate a lot, so they also recommended fat grafting. They said if I got grafting I wouldn't look puffy...
