It took quite a long time to get the refund. If I hadn't kept pushing and asking when it would be done, it probably would have taken more than a few days or even over a week. They didn't reply to the KakaoTalk channel, and even when I called, they just kept saying they'd check, check, check.... I was only going because it was cheap, but there really is a reason. The consultation staff are truly hopeless.
