The consultation manager is very kind, but there is definitely some recommending of expensive procedures.. The staff were doing Aqua Peel, and they told me to apply anesthetic cream and wait, but they didn't come for a long time, so I pressed the bell and only then did they come over. There weren't even many people there.. The director was extremely unfriendly and didn't even ask what I wanted done, just went ahead and did it. It smelled like cigarettes...
