There was no wait and I went straight into the consultation, but the director didn’t seem very confident.. They also seemed tired.. And they asked too much about previous hospitals, which felt burdensome They weren’t that kind, so I don’t think I’ll have surgery at this hospital!! The person who consulted me was kind.
