I went after reading that there would be a lot of waiting, but when I went there was no one at all, so I got in almost right away. I had a consultation with the chief director, and he was very confident and had a sense of experience. Unlike other places, he was the only one who told me I needed to remove the ala. The consultation manager subtly criticized other places, which lowered my trust a bit... Since it's autologous costal cartilage, it seems a bit expensive, so I'm also curious about the cost of donated costal cartilage.
