I went because of YouTube, and what they talked about was the same as what I saw on YouTube. They looked at my face and explained how the surgery could be done. I feel like they have decent aesthetic sense in what they say, but the surgical material didn't seem very convincing, so I didn't make a decision. The surgical method also uses a method I'd literally never heard of before, so I can't get a sense of the possible side effects or the expected design. If I really don't have much time after surgery and need to recover quickly, I recommend at least having a consultation.
