I was deliberating between LAMS, liposuction, and fat-dissolving injections, but because liposuction scared me, I ended up coming to Vance Clinic. I paid about 2 million won for a 5+1 fat-dissolving injection package.. (now that I think about it, I should've just gone straight for liposuction with that money) I got swayed and paid while talking with the consultation manager. After the injections, they prescribed appetite suppressants and fat-dissolving medication, and told me to drink at least 2.5 liters of water a day and follow a strict diet. I was drinking all the water, taking the medicine properly, and dieting too, but when I still wasn't losing weight, they even told me to control my sodium intake.. even though my regular sauces were already low-sugar and low-calorie. It got to the point where they told me not to eat salt even with boiled eggs.. I felt like it was too much, so after all the injections were done, I never went back.
