I had front canthoplasty + one side done with buried sutures + the other side with a partial incision, and fat removal. It has already been 7 years since I had it done. I hit it big with just my eyes. My eyes were originally a little large, and the distance to my eyebrows was also wide, so the teacher said I was one of those cases that turns out great, and it really was true. But the swelling lasted quite a long time.. I don't remember exactly how long because it was so long ago, but it really lasted quite a while. The buried-suture side has basically no visible trace, but the partial-incision side shows about a 1 to 2 mm scar. The price was also incredibly cheap at the time.
