It's been about two years since my fat grafting, and I'm satisfied. They filled in the parts I didn't like on the first round with the second round, and the second round was with fresh fat as well. The grafted fat is still holding up well~ It was done under sleep anesthesia, but I wasn't completely asleep, so I kept thinking it hurt and kept saying it hurt, and for the second round I just asked them to put me to sleep, so I just slept.
