The consultation itself was conducted kindly, and maybe because it wasn't peak season yet or because it was summer, there was no wait so I went in right away. But they decided on one line for me, and when I asked which line would actually suit my eyes, they answered, "an appropriate line..." which caught me off guard. Then suddenly they started talking about eye fat, which surprised me again. Since it was my first clinic I was kind of out of it, and I even paid the deposit, but when I called to get a refund they said they'd pass it on to the manager. No one called me back, and when I called again in the evening, they said the manager had left work in a hurry earlier... They also promised to call me back by late morning the next day, but that never happened, so I called again myself. I really don't think I'll do it here lol
